Lo Kin-man (盧建民) is an ordinary citizen in Hong Kong who hikes every weekend. Having discovered trash all over the place on the way up the hills, he decided to clean up the mountains on his own. The government mainly relies on education and the removal of trash bins as means to alleviate the problem of littering in country parks, but Mr Lo doubts the effectiveness of these measures. He believes that media and internet influencers are responsible, since they have always been promoting hiking, resulting in more visitors in country parks which eventually leads to more trash.
